the ghastly,
ghoulie creatures
summon you in whispered tones
so on the eve of hollow

but don't walk on down the street
stay close to the fire

they'll try to suck you in

they will tear you limb from limb
be-cause-they
have such graceful manners

and they'll slither in your head
they have such great disguises
and they have lots of surprises
they will lie to you and rob you
and they'll kick you till you're dead

and the moon is out of sight
the levers
in your closet
lead you to a corridor
